Hello, I'm Dr. Sarah Styers.
I was born and raised right here in beautiful North Alabama, and I attended Birmingham-Southern College, where I graduated summa cum laude with a major in biology and a minor in art. I attended medical school at the University of South Alabama College of Medicine and remained in Mobile, Alabama to complete my residency training in Med/Peds in the South Alabama Hospital System. I am double board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
I spent 11 years practicing primary care medicine in North Alabama, where I enjoyed caring for the whole family. I have transitioned to a more specialized practice at Focus MD where I concentrate specifically on the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD and its related issues.
Outside of work, I am a devoted dog mom and love to spend time with family and friends. I'm also a huge Alabama football fan and enjoy painting and baking as two of my biggest stress reliefs.
I believe in celebrating the small joys that each new day brings, and I truly love working with Focus-MD to help meet an important need in our community. If you're looking for me, I'll be the one in the sparkly Converse.
